Dreams Dominicus deserves a serious look for families — especially when older teenagers are travelling.

You get a beautiful Caribbean beachfront, plenty happening around the resort, strong family-room options and lots for non-golfers to do while someone sneaks away to La Estancia.

What really caught our attention is the teen programming. Dreams currently publishes dedicated programming for ages 13–17, which can make a big difference when travelling with older teenagers.

Everyone gets a vacation — they just don't have to have the same vacation.

If the kids need more than a beach and a pool, Dreams La Romana gets our attention quickly.

This family-friendly all-inclusive combines a beautiful Bayahibe beachfront with a full water park, Kids Club for ages 4–12 and Teens Club for ages 13–17, plus plenty for non-golfers to do while someone sneaks away for a round at La Estancia.

The big difference here is the water park — slides, lazy river and splash area. For active families, that can change the whole vacation.
